We are pleased to ship our premium spirits globally, excluding Asia and certain remote regions. Please review our shipping options below:

Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation and age verification are successfully completed.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes:

  • Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
    • A flat shipping fee of £12.95 applies to all orders.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS.
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may be subject to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance procedures.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your satisfaction is our utmost priority. We stand behind the quality of our curated collection. However, if a product does not meet your expectations, we will gladly accept returns and exchanges under the following policy.

Timeframe: Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of you receiving the order.

The Return/Exchange Process: To ensure a smooth and efficient process, please follow these steps carefully:

  1. Request Authorisation: Contact our Customer Service team at [email protected] within the 15-day window to request a Return Authorisation (RA) number. Without an RA number, we cannot process your return.
  2. Prepare Your Package: Once you have your RA number, carefully pack the product in its original, unmarked packaging, ensuring it is well-protected for transit.
  3. Include Documentation: Enclose a copy of your original invoice and a completed return form (you may use the template provided at the bottom of this policy).
  4. Ship the Package: Ship the package to our London address (provided with your RA number) using a tracked shipping service. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is a result of our error.
  5. Inspection & Processing: Upon receipt, our team will inspect the returned item. If approved, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.

Refund Timeline & Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow the following time for the refund to appear in your account:

  • Credit Card Payments (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing.
  • PayPal Payments: 3-5 business days after processing.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Products

Due to the premium nature of our products and regulatory requirements, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following:

  • Opened or partially consumed bottles of alcohol.
  • Products that have been damaged due to customer mishandling.
  • Products that fail to be delivered due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

All returns will only be accepted from individuals who are of legal drinking age in their respective country of residence.
